Return Policy

You can return unwanted, damaged or faulty items within 28 days. They must be in their original packaging without damage or scratch (i.e. in a resaleable condition.) We do not accept returns after 28 days from the date of delivery without a prior agreement. Please include a copy of your invoice / delivery note along with your reasons for the return.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items. Return must be sent by recorded delivery or tracked courier service (this is not refundable). A refund will be given for the item(s) but not the postage, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please return the item(s) to 9 Dalo Lodge, Gale Street, London E3 3RR.

Items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Claims for damage or missing items must be notified by email within 3 working days. Ensure all return items are properly packaged, so they will not be damaged while in transit and obtain a receipt of your postage. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit. If the product is found damaged or used (not fit to be resold,) then we may reject a refund.

We aim to process any returns within 3 working days of receiving them. Refund will be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer or payment method. All returns will be carefully inspected for damage and scratches before issuing refund or replacement. Gaskets & seals are a non-returnable product, because gaskets are cut to specific lengths and cannot be re-sold to other customers.
